SM Tackle Shop enables you to return the purchased products within Seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment. However, you need to ensure that the products do not have the - “This item cannot be exchanged or returned.” tag on the description page, at the time of purchase. Such products are not accepted for return under any circumstances.

www.smtackleshop.com does not have a refund, exchange, or return policy for customers who might simply change their mind about the purchased product. The refunds, exchanges and returns policy is applicable only in the case of the following valid reasons.

• Any defects in design, materials, and workmanship.
• The unsatisfactory quality of products or any manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect products delivered in place of the products ordered.

The refund process will commence only after the goods returned have been assessed and approved for zero damage. The refund amount will exclude any delivery charges, where applicable, the value of the customs duty imposed by a country, and any cash handling fee. Refunds and exchanges will be issued to the same individual who originally purchased the product. Products that have suffered any damage or loss of parts due to customer abuse or are in an unstable condition will not be accepted for return and refund.

We do not permit the users to reproduce, copy, sell or distribute any products or contents listed on our website in any form or place. The users may, however, copy or share the contents of the website after citing www.smtackleshop.com as its source and after obtaining prior written permission from the website regarding the same.
